What is it?
A mind
map is a diagram used to visually outline information. A mind map is often
created around a single word or text, placed in the center, to which associated
ideas, words and concepts are added. Categories
can represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items related to a central key word
or idea.
According to Buzan you can create your Mind Map, just follow this steps
According to Buzan you can create your Mind Map, just follow this steps
1. Start in the center with an image of the
topic, using at least 3 colors.
2. Use images, symbols, codes, and dimensions
throughout your mind map.
3. Select key words and print using upper or
lower case letters.
4. Each word/image is best alone and sitting on
its own line.
5. The lines should be connected, starting from
the central image. The central lines are thicker, organic and thinner as they
radiate out from the centre.
6. Make the lines the same length as the
word/image they support.
7. Use multiple colors throughout the mind map,
for visual stimulation and also to encode or group.
8.Develop your own personal style of mind
mapping.
9. Use emphasis and show associations in your
mind map.
10. Keep the mind
map clear by using radial hierarchy, numerical order or outlines to embrace
your branches.
Mind mapping can be used for:
problem solving
outline/framework design
structure/relationship representations
anonymous collaboration
marriage of words and visuals
individual expression of creativity
condensing material into a concise and memorable format
team building or synergy creating activity
enhancing work morale

SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
Maybe you never will
win the lottery and transform the lives of all around you. But you might move,
change jobs, see an improvement in finances that changes the options you have
for your family or a dramatic financial setback that does the same. Families
change in size, sometimes unexpectedly; elderly family members move in, older
children never leave, accidents or natural disasters bring tragedy or dislocation. It's impossible to map out now exactly what will be available or practical
for your child's future. Whether things turn out better or worse than you expected, they will undoubtedly turn out differently.
It's easy to get
stuck in a mindset where everything done now is in pursuit of some future good.
But since it's impossible to know whether that future payoff will turn out as
expected, there's something to be said for focusing on the present good -- it
is, if nothing else, a lot easier to predict. Putting your child in school
situations that are comfortable for him or her now, focusing therapy on things
that will make their immediate lives easier, tailoring behavioral strategies to
keeping things calm and stress-free, spending lots of close and loving and fun
time together, appreciating your kids right where they're at -- all of these
things can bring big improvements in your family's life and your child's
happiness in the short term, and that can incidentally pave the way for a more
secure future as

A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE
Working in an office means that you spend most of your

Busy lives mean that we don't have the time to take

diet will lead to tiredness, increased sickness and, of course, weight gain.
On
the other hand, a balanced diet will keep you feeling strong, energetic and it
will make you more _5_ in work. So what can we do? Are you worried about your
diet and the amount of exercise you take? What is your advice to people wanting
to lead a healthier lifestyle?
a - convenient: easy and the least difficult option.
b - relieve: to make an unpleasant feeling less
strong.
c - immune system: the cells and tissues in the body
which make it able to protect itself against infection.
d - productive: resulting in or providing a large
